מזין שמרים אריזת 100 מ"ל

המזין הינו תערובת המכילה תמצית שמרים, מלחים, ויטמינים , חומצות אמינו ויסודות שונים כמו אבץ על מנת לספק לשמרים את כל ההזנה הנדרשת להם לתסיסה בריאה. מינון מומלץ 50/35 מ"ל ל100 ליטר. אופן ההוספה המומלץ הוא בסוף הרתיחה. או בתחילת התסיסה אך יש להקפיד לדלל אותו בכמות קטנה של תירוש. אסור להוסיף אותו לא מדולל עם השמרים.
